Question:

Are NuVANTE products "all natural?"

Answer:

"All natural," what a powerful statement, especially when you consider that Webster's Dictionary defines the word as, "occurring in conformity with the ordinary course of nature." While the Oxford Dictionary states, "existing in or derived from nature; not made, caused by, or processed by humankind."

Either definition reminds us that it is almost impossible to produce complex products that fit these definitions and can be legitimately promoted as such. Additionally, just because a product is natural does not mean that it is necessarily safe or that the results are beneficial to the skin. Many naturally occurring chemicals can have harmful effects, while the synthetic version produces positive results because the toxic component has been removed.

Sometimes the synthetic version is actually a superior ingredient. For example, synthetic vitamins may be better for use in many situations because they are more consistent, stable, and predictable that the "all natural" version.

While we do use a lot of natural ingredients, NuVANTE does not make any claim that our products are "all natural." You may want to revisit our products philosophy page and reacquaint yourself with the company philosophy.
