Q: How do I ensure the new Customer is registered as my referral?

A: Simply refer them to the same website you signed-up on yourself. On the Personal Data Form, enter your Customer number in the "Referring Customer" field. You will receive a notification that somebody referred to your Customer number within a few days.

Q: How do I claim my service credit?

A: You don't have to do anything! The $25 service credit will be applied as a payment on your account after 90 days, as long as the new Customer remains a Customer and is current on their monthly phone bill(s).

Q: Can I refer more than one Customer and earn multiple service credits?

A: Absolutely! You will receive a $25 service credit for every Customer you refer, but only one credit will be applied to any one month’s phone bill. Remaining credits will be applied one at a time to subsequent month's phone bills, until they are all used.
